Age 92 of Cranston, died Saturday, December 30, 2006 at Roger Williams Medical Center, Providence, RI.
She was the wife of the late Leopold Allaire. Born in England she was the daughter of the late John and Florrie (Titterington) Bowdler and had lived in Cranston for many years.
She was also predeceased by her sister, the late Dorothy B. Luther.
Mrs. Allaire was the Owner and Manager for over 20 years of the Islander Restaurant in Jamestown. She was a longtime member of Grace Episcopal Church of Providence and had served as President for several years of the Harris House Tenants Association.
She is survived by her son, Adrian Allaire of Cranston, two granddaughters, Dr. Lisa Maria Allaire of San Francisco, CA and Tonya Cristina Heirigs of San Francisco, CA.
Also survived by her sister, Phyllis Lane of Warwick and two great-grandchildren of San Francisco, CA.
