"Morris---Criminal action may be forthcoming in the aftermath of a school bus and beer truck collision, which killed one youngster and injured 18 other pupils. Seven-year-old Donald A. Bowers, a first grader at Morris Central School, died at Fox Memorial Hospital in Oneonta yesterday, some five hours after the crash. He was one of five pupils hospitalized after the vehicles collided in fog-shrouded Route 23, about 4 miles west of here ... David was one of three children of Mr. and Mrs. Glen Bowers of Morris RD, who were riding in the new school bush. The crash happened about 8:15 a.m. at Route 23 and Dimock Hollow Road ... Donald A. Bowers was born April 14, 1954, in the Town of Morris, son of Glen and Aleen (Hoag) Bowers. Funeral services will be conducted at the Sloan Funeral Home here at 2 p.m. tomorrow by the Rev.
