ROSARY PLANNED
FOR MRS BOWMAN;
BURIAL WEDNESDAY
Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. today at West Funeral Home Chapel for Mrs. Bertie T. Bowman, 75, former resident of Carlsbad.
Mrs Bowman, born Jan. 6, 1881, at San Saba County, Tex. died this morning at Midland, where she had resided for the past three years.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Edwards Church, with Fr. Hugh Rochkes, officiating. Burial will be in Carlsbad Cemetery, under direction of West Funeral Home.
Mrs. Bowman moved to Midland some three years ago to make her home with a granddaughter, Mrs. Roy Elmore.
Survivors include: one son, Clarence E. Tinsley, Midland; two daughters, Mrs. Elva Coats, Denver, Colo.; Mrs. Ella Prudot, Hobbs; three brothers, Henry O. Taylor, Clint R. Taylor, Carlsbad; Homer H. Taylor, Llano, Tex.; one sister, Mrs. Mary Ellen McKinney, Carlsbad; six grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
