Nancy retired from Losey & Company, where she worked as a bookkeeper for 10 years. She had also worked part-time for Don Haggerty, CPA. She graduated from Wilson High School Class of 1955. Nancy enjoyed sewing, baking cakes and collecting seashells. She was a member of St. Paul's III Lutheran Church, where she was a former choir member. She was a past regent of George Taylor Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution and past president of the Northeastern District Regents Club.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, Wayne, are a son, Todd H. Sandt and his wife, Lisa Ann, of Opelika, AL; a daughter, Rhonda L. Digirolamo of Palmer Township; a sister, Mildred Harris of Bigsby, OK; five grandchildren, John and Alexander Paul, Nico Digirolamo, Colby E. Flynn and her husband Bailey and Genevieve M. Sandt and three great-grandchildren, Juliana, Kadence and Jacob Paul. She was predeceased by a brother, David T. Boyer.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family in the Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., 2101 Northampton Street, Wilson Borough. Burial will be in Hay's Cemetery.
