Frances L. Boyer, 93, of Bath, died Feb. 20 in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg, Bethlehem. She was the wife of the late Leo Boyer. Born in Basking Ridge, N.J., she was a daughter of the late Walter and Carrie (VanArsdale) Hand. Survivors: Brother, Donald of Easton; eight grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, seven great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Edward W. Ammon Jr. and a daughter, Ruth Kerns.
