She recieved her elementary education at Deer Creek School near her home. Also received a nursing education and received her R.N. in 1918.
Daisy married Clyde Grove 4 March 1908 the son of John and Moselle Grove of the Maple Grove, Missouri community.
They had one son Francis Wayne Grove.
She divorced Clyde and remarried to James G. Galanis 9 Nov 1919.
James G. Galanis born 12 September 1891 to George James and Penelop Galanis in Legaurian, Napolis, Greece.
Daisy and Jim as he was called had 2 children: Helen May & James G. jr.
The Galanis had a chicken ranch in Ontario, California and later they retired. Daisy died of heart trouble and a stroke 25 Dec. 1967.
Jim remarried to Gertrude E Buzzard, 11 Oct 1969, at San Bernardino, California, they lived at Dessert Hot Spring California.
