Funeral of Geneva Brady
The funeral of the late Geneva Brady took place yesterday at the family residence in Empire and was strictly private on account of the child having died of diphtheria. But the little girl was not forgotten by her friends and the floral tributes were so numerous that the little casket was hidden from view. A vacant chair and a beautiful basket were among the offerings and the cut flowers and other bouquets from sorrowing friends attested the love that was felt for her. The internment took place in the Carson Cemetery.
