Barbara Lynn Brasher Arce, age 60 of Decatur formerly of Birmingham, passed away on Saturday, October 31, 2015. Barbara was a graduate of Talladega School for the Deaf and was a member of Decatur Baptist Church.
Barbara was preceded in death by her mother Frances Brasher. She is survived by her husband Angel Arce; father: Clifford Brasher, Sr.; daughter: Jennifer Cotton; sister: Diane Sullivan; brother: Cliff Brasher, Jr.; and niece Kathryn Thomas.
The family will receive friends at Ridout's Valley Chapel in Homewood on Thursday, November 5th at 9:00 a.m. with the funeral service following at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery.
