Barbara L. Ash of Parkesburg

Barbara L. Ash, 69, of Parkesburg, passed away on Wednesday, June 14, 2006, at the Brandywine Hospital.
Born in Coatesville, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Sara Smith Brewer.
An area resident all her life, Barbara was employed by Thrift Drugs of Downingtown, J.C. Penney and Canteen Corp. in the Qyx building, Lionville.
A Lutheran by faith, Barbara was a life member of the West End Fire Company Auxiliary and she served on the committee at the School House Apartments.
She is survived by her children, Richard M. Ash of Port Orange, Fla., Jeffery S., and Audrey Jean, wife of James Procyson, all of Parkesburg; brother, Thomas Brewer of Reading; and grandchildren, Chad M. and Corbin S. Perry and Jordan S. Ash Cazillo.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Nancy Reid.
Funeral services will be held Monday, June 19, at 11 a.m. at the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St., Parkesburg, 610-857-5551, with the Rev. Jack Crans presiding, followed by interment in the Fairview Cemetery of Coatesville.
Family and friends are invited to attend the viewing from the funeral home on Monday, from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.
