Patricia Sue Baxter, 69, was born in Indianapolis, IN to the late Charles Bud and Essie Marie (Gardner) Brier. She loved playing bingo and going to Peppy's Grill to spend time with friends. She was a traffic guard for IPS for 14+ years, and also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Survivors include her daughters, Avonda Lee (Carlos Z.) Baxter, Pamela (Jeff) Sigler, and Theresa (Richard) Grondine; grandchildren, Carlos E. and Alondra Zepeda, Christopher Baxter, David and April Grondine, Darrell Shaffer, Star, Samuel E. and Amanda Jones; and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Hershel H. and Donald Brier; sister, Viola Brier; granddaughter, Crystal Shaffer; and her best friend, Judy Kendall; and her former husbands, Woodsen Baxter and Richard F. Cherry.
