Wilda was born Oct. 20, 1923, in Rupert, Idaho, to George and Hazel Griffiths Brisbin. She married Ralph Anderson on March 13, 1956, in Winnemucca, Nev. They moved to California in 1959 and returned to Idaho in 1977, where she has since resided. She retired from Minidoka Memorial Hospital in 1988.
Wilda is survived by her children, Phillip Wilbur Washington of Rupert, Bonny Easton of Burley and Julia Gartner Anderson of California; adopted daughter, Willah Dixon of Rupert; three step-daughters, Dianna, Linda and Michelle; sister-in law, Lucy Brisbin; son-in-law, Robert Miller; 14 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren and one on the way. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ralph Anderson; daughters, Hazel Gudgel and Vera Miller; brother, George Brisbin; twin brother, Wilbur "Doc" Brisbin; two half sisters, Lovey and Gertie; one grandson, Jody St. George; great-great-grandson, Ryker Larson; and two sons-in-law, Gary Easton and Chris Dixon.
A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 9, at the Rupert Cemetery, with Pastor Jessie Dunn of the Freewill Baptist Church officiating.
