A copy of Mary's birth certificate dated August 19, 1914 from the division of Vital Statistics of Philadelphia, PA was located and has her date of birth listed as March 30, 1896 under the surname of Brisbine, with no first name (listed as female).
Mary however always used the date of March 31, 1897 and her headstone is listed 1897.

Her certificate of Baptism (dated March 31, 1924,) lists her birth date as March 3, 1896 and her Baptism as June 14th 1896 at the Cathedral of St. Peter and Paul, Philadelphia, Pa.
