Funeral services were at 2 p.m. today, Tuesday, at Whidden Funeral HOme in Bartow, Fla.
He was the son of H. D. and Emma Wiser Bullard.
Surviving are his wife, Louise; daughter, Barbara; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
He was the brother of the late Floyd Bullard, Mary Belle Moore, and Lucille Beck.
