US Senator. The son of Samuel Prescott Bush, he was elected as a Senator from Connecticut to the United States Senate, serving from 1952 to 1963. He was the father of 41st United States President George H.W. Bush and Grandfather of 43rd United States President George W. Bush.

The grave of Senator Prescott Bush. Also interred in this plot are Dorothy Bush and James Smith Bush. James Smith Bush is buried at a 90 degree right angle to Prescott and Dorothy's graves. It is also the former resting place of President George Herbert Walker Bush's daughter Robin whos remains were exhumed and moved to the George Bush Library and Museum in Texas.
