Extracted from obituary in Wayne County Press, 5/6/1915:

Amanda, daughter of Jonathan and Mary (HIckle) Lasley was born in Meigs County, Ohio June 13, 1837. She was the youngest of 11 children. All of her brothers and sisters have died. She married Alonzo M. Cable May 3, 1857. He died March 2, 1905. They had three sons. William died July 6, 1889. Frank and Jonathan survive. She died April 28, 1915. Burial Maple Hill Cemetery.

Note:

Several family trees have linked this Amanda (Lasley) Cable, daughter of Jonathan and Mary (Hickle) Lasley, as the spouse of James A. Fulks. I can find no evidence to support that.

In 1860 this Amanda and A.M. Cable appear in the Wilkesville, Vinton County, Ohio census with son, William. In 1870 she and Alonzo appear in the Wayne County census with their 3 sons, William, Frank and Birdsoe (Jonathan). In 1900 Amanda and A.M. are still in the Wayne County, Illinois census.

In 1870, 1880 & 1900 James A. Fulks appears in the Guyan, Gallia, Ohio census with his wife, Amanda. He married his Amanda Lasley, sister of his first wife, Flora Lasley, January 1, 1859 in Gallia. By 1880 they had at least 6 children.

There were apparently 2 Amanda Lasley's from Ohio . . . .in fact in the 1850 census there are 2 in Meigs County, the other the daughter of John and Chloe Lasley. It is this Amanda who married James.
