Dovie Frances Calleia, 87, formerly of Cherokee Village, departed this life Sunday, Sept. 27, 2009, in Jonesboro.
She was the daughter of James Emit and Maggie Huckabee Morgan. She married Louis Calleia.
Dovie was of the Catholic faith, enjoyed traveling, and her biggest baby was her dog, Chip.
She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Murphree of Jonesboro; sisters, Violet Renaldo of Jonesboro, Delphia Goings of Magness and Emmie Rogers of Springdale; and one grandchild.
A private memorial service will be held by the family at a later date.
