DESMOND.--On Monday, May 27, Ellen F., daughter of Andrew and Mary Cannary, and wife of Cornelius Desmond. The relatives and friends of the family, also those of her brothers Thomas, James and Rev. Andrew Cannary, and of her brothers-in-law Walter Lanigan and Dr. John Thompson, are respectively [sic] invited to attend the funeral, from her late residence, 243 East Fifty-eighth street, on Wednesday the 29th inst., at nine o'clock. Her remains will be conveyed to St. Patrick's Cathedral, where a solemn high mass of requiem will be offered up at ten o'clock, thence to Calvary Cemetery for interment.
