Paul E. Caracciola, age 90, entered into eternal life on Oct. 3, 2013. Paul was born and raised in Whitehall, N.Y. and has lived in Weymouth for 64 years. Mr. Caracciola was a WWII Veteran and served in the Pacific Theatre with the army. Mr. Caracciola was a hairdresser and owned Sidney- Pauls Hair Stylists in Quincy Square for many years. After that, He was employed by John Hancock Insurance Company as a painter for 10 years. Beloved husband of the late Mary A. (Coughlin). Devoted father of Ann M. Wright and her husband David of Hingham and Paul J. Caracciola and his wife Marie of Valrico, Florida. Loving grandfather to 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Beloved brother of Carmel LaFrance of White Hall, N.Y. He was pre-deceased by 5 brothers and sisters. Visiting hour at the Clancy-Lucid Funeral Home, 100 Washington St., Weymouth on Monday, Oct. 7, from 8 until 9 a.m. Funeral Mass in the Sacred Heart Church, Weymouth at 9:30 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Burial in Village Cemetery, Weymouth.
