Memphis, TN - Willie Mae Aaron, 85, passed away on March 9, 2017. Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 14 from 1-2 p.m. at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow. Interment will be in Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery. Ms. Aaron was preceded in death by her husband Timothy Aaron, her father Dewey Carroll, her mother Froney A. Akins, and brother Harold Gibson. Survivors include her daughter, Daphne Swithenbank (Keith) of Canada, granddaughter Melissa Cardwell, great-granddaughters; Lilly and Anna of South Carolina, sisters; Eubanks Vee Volimar of Illinois, Pauline Johnson, and Marilyn Gail Pippin of Cleveland, TN, and Joyce Cardwell of California, and brothers; William Carroll (Ailene) and Jim R. Gibson (Grace) of Cleveland, TN, Kenneth Gibson (Martha) of Illinois, and numerous nieces and nephews. Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home (Published in The Commercial Appeal on March 14, 2017)
