Patricia O. Ballard age 59, passed away on Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at the U. T. Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee. She was born December 30, 1950 to Baley Carson and Orpha Mae Chambers Carson. She was a Member of the Sugar Grove Missionary Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Bailey Carson and Orpha Mae Chambers Carson; Husband: Clennie Morris Ballard; (3) Brothers: Kenneth Carson, James Carson, Walter Carson.

She is survived by her Children: Curtis Carson and wife Mary Lyn, Darin West and wife April all of Oneida, Tricia Griffith and husband Les of Robbins; Grandchildren: Amanda Phillips and husband Dustin, Tracie Sexton and husband Chas, Tealie West, Kenny James West, Alexis Griffith and Keenon Griffith; (1) Special Great Grandchild: Cheserae Rilee Sexton; (3) Brothers: William Carson and wife Midge, Obal Lee Carson and Atris Marshall Carson and wife Nancy; (2) Sisters: Joyce Chambers and husband Dean, Sarah Lawson and husband Robert; several nieces, nephews and many other family and friends.

The family will receive friends for visitation from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M., Friday Evening, January 22, 2010 in the Chapel of Four Oaks Funeral Home in Huntsville. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 A.M., Saturday Morning, January 23, 2010 in the Chapel of Four Oaks Funeral Home in Huntsville with Bro. Mike Chambers and Bro. Kevin Sexton Officiating. Music will be provided by Linda Massengale and Tammy Hutson. Burial will follow in the Carson Cemetery in the Ditney Trail Community.

Pallbearers will be Dustin Phillips, Chas Sexton, Brian Frogge, Matt Stephens, Chad Siebers and Steve Griffith. Four Oaks Funeral Home of Huntsville is in charge of the funeral arrangements for the family of Patricia O. Ballard.
