BUTLER, Avada Sue age 65, of West Carrollton, peacefully passed away on April 25, 2012 at Sycamore Hospital surrounded by her loving family and dear friends. Sue was born in Dayton, Ohio on March 29, 1947 to the late John R. & Norene C. (Garner) Carter. Sue retired from the Moraine Truck and Bus Plant in 2004 after 30 years of service and was a member of the local union, IUE-CWA #798. She was also a member of the Germantown regal Red Hatters and known as the "Duchess of Appreciation". She was a devoted mother and grandmother.

In addition to her parents, Sue was preceded in death by one brother: Bill Carter (1983) and one sister: Vena Rae Estridge (2011). She is survived by her daughter and son: Michelle & Michael (Dana) Butler; brother: John (Carol) Carter; sister-in-law: Patricia (Richard) Jordan; grandchildren: Michael (Tessa) Butler, Dustin (Brittany) Butler, Kayleigh Abney, Braden Butler; great-grandchildren: Larissa, Dustin Jr., Kayde, Kayden, Michael Liam Butler, Bentley & Braison Abney; nieces and nephews: Mary Akers, Maria Comer, Missie Spatz, Eric Carter; great nieces and nephews: Megan & Taylor Comer, Tyler Akers, Dylan Smith; dear friends; Patricia Hurst & Renee McCatherine; and numerous other family members and close friends.
