Survivors include his brother, Charles Carter of Flagstaff, Ariz.
A graveside service will be at All Saints Cemetery in Jensen Beach with the Rev. Carol Barron of St. Luke's Episcopal Church in Stuart officiating. Arrangements are by Martin Funeral Home & Crematory, Stuart.
