Victoria was born in Minneapolis to James and Alberta (Dean) Casey. She was united in marriage on June 28, 1974 at St. Mary of the Lake in Plymouth. Vickie was an elementary school teacher for the Becker School District for 23 years. Prior to that she worked in the Wayzata schools for ten years. She was a member of St. Marcus Catholic Church in Clear Lake. Vickie enjoyed reading, fishing and Minnesota Twins baseball.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Richard Casey.
