She was the widow of Bertle Back. Surviving is 2 daughters: Anna Lora Adams (James"Ginger") Adams and Katrina Back both of Letcher; 1 son: Barney Back (Lela) of Letcher; 1 brother: Charles Caudill of Letcher; grandchildren: Natasha Dix, Misty Blair, April Back-Stevens, Tyler Back, and Zachary Adams; great grandchildren: Justin, Chandler, Kelsie, Blaize, Andrew, Katelyn, and Nicholas. Virginia was preceded in death by 3 sisters and 6 brothers. Funeral: 11:00 O'clock A.M. Saturday, September 13, 2014 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Bruce Gilley Jr. officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. Friday at the Blackey Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Lewis Back Cemetery at Letcher, Kentucky.
