Succumbs Today
MIDDLEPORT - A lifelong resident of Middleport, Mrs. Blanche Alexander of North Hartland St., Middleport, died unexpectedly this morning (July 12, 1963) at the home of her sister, Mrs. Thomas Scott, Ridge Road, Gasport.
Gasport Fire Rescue Squad was summoned at 10 a.m. by Mrs. Scott, when Mrs. Alexander suffered an apparent heart attack.
Mrs. Alexander was born in Middleport, March 29, 1898, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Chase. Her husband, Reginald
Alexander, died in 1950.
Besides her sister, Mrs. Alexander is survived by a brother, Arnold Chase of Medina, and several nieces.
Funeral arrangements will be made by the Wallace and Heath Funeral Home, Inc., 38 State St., Middleport.
