MARION C. BURTON
CORINNA - Marion C. Burton, 83, wife of Darrol Burton, died Nov. 27, 1980, at the residence of her daughter in Belgrade.
She was born in Newton, Mass., April 26, 1897, daughter of George and Violet Brody Clark.
Surviving besides her husband are three sons, Leslie of Topsham, Douglas of Palmer, Mass., and Maurice Knowles of Bangor; two stepsons, Olan Burton, Dexter, and Vernon Burton, Florida; five daughters, Mrs. Theodore (Gail) Cayocette of Smithfield, Mrs. Violet D'Amore of Palmer, Mass., Mrs. Nathaniel (Madeline) Cobb of Waterville, Mrs. Raymond (Eleanor) Rushford of Brookfield, Mass., and Mrs. Herman (Darrolyn) Weston of Belgrade; two step-daughters, Mrs. Walter (Gertrude) Field of Dexter, and Mrs. Winifred Mitchell of East Corinth; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one brother, Leslie Clark of Daytona Beach, Fla.; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Nov. 29 at the Crosby Funeral Home, Dexter. Interment was at Corinna Center Cemetery.
