Linda Carol Angellatta, age 71, of Hagerstown, MD, died Thursday, August 27, 2015 at Meritus Medical Center in Hagerstown, MD while under the care of Hospice of Washington County.
Born February 21, 1944, in Berkeley Springs, WV, she was the daughter of the late Ralph Theodore and Viola Katherine Michael Clark.
She was of the Methodist faith. Linda graduated from Berkeley Springs High School. She worked for the Federal Government for over 46 years working in various department.
She is survived by one daughter Lana Colleen Long and husband John of Williamsport, MD, two sisters, Marlene Souders of Hagerstown, MD and Barbara Corbett of Berkeley Springs, WV, two brothers, Larry Clark and his wife, Linda of Clearbrook, VA and David Clark and his wife, Jeanie of Paw Paw, WV, one sister in law Eileen Clark of Berkeley Springs, two grandchildren Morgan Miller and husband Mike and Jessica Piper both of Hagerstown, MD, five great grandchildren Alyssa, Bentley, Gage, Brynnlee and Kinsley.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one sister, Julia Ellen Farris and two brothers, Vernon “Bobby Jo” Clark and Richard Glen “Dick” Clark.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. on Monday, August 31, 2015 at Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 95 Union Street, Berkeley Springs, WV with Pastor Lisa Unger officiating. Interment will be in Union Chapel Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
