Marie Katherine (Clayton) Baldwin, age 79, a resident of Manor, died August 7, 2003. Born May 6, 1924 to Joseph Roy Clayton and Ruby (Pruitt) Clayton in Austin, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband John W. Baldwin, January 16, 1990 and also by her parents and sister Mary Louise Patterson.
When Katherine wasn’t quilting she was busy puttering around outside in the flowerbeds or in her vegetable garden. She also loved antiques.
Services were at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 12th at Weed-Corley-Fish Chapel with Chaplain Elizabeth Ann Smith officiating. Interment followed at Austin Memorial Park Cemetery.
