Mrs. Clinch, poisoned by her husband, died in August 1788. Burial in Bluebell Cemetery is inferred by residency; burial may be elsewhere.

Quote: Sunday a man of the name of Clinch, was committed to Kilmainham gaol, for mixing some poisonous drug in his wife's drink, while she lay in childbed near Bluebell; the woman died a few days ago, in consequence of the poisonous draught, and a nurse, who also partook of the drink, narrowly escaped the same fate. Dublin Journal, Dublin, Ireland, Sunday, 12 August 1788, p. 3
