BISIO MABLE M. Age 66, a resident of Castro Valley for 49 years, entered into rest at her home from cancer on Tuesday, June 4, 2002. She was born in Missouri on February 17, 1936. Mable enjoyed her children, her grandchildren and her rose garden. She was a volunteer for the Castro Valley Lion's Breakfast Club and Rowell Ranch Rodeo. She had many friends and was always concerned about others. Mable loved to entertain and was fondly known as the "Queen of Castro Valley." It was a known fact that Mable could not hold her liquor. She was a self-taught, excellent cook and her kitchen was known as "Mae's Cafe" where you could always find a pot of coffee on. She was the first and only graduate of the Jack Bisio School of Charm, so you never had to guess what was on her mind. Her home was kept with pride and always reflected the season at hand. Mable also enjoyed contributing to the family business, Jack's Trailer Sales. Mable Bisio was one a a kind and is loved by many. Although she is gone, her spirit will live among the many lives she has touched. She will be missed by her favorite admirer, her husband of 48 years, Jack of Castro Valley. Her stepfather, George Reynolds of Atwater also survives her. Her loving children, Suzie Alves of Dublin, Ken Bisio and Jay Bisio, both of Castro Valley, will miss her. Dear sister of Mavis Jaward of Springfield, OR, Charles Clinton of Newark, Donald Clinton of Winton and Ross Reynolds of Atwater survive her.
