Elaine passed away from natural causes in Eugene, OR on November 27th. She was born December 19, 1926 in Spokane to William and Ruth Collard. She had made her home in Eugene since 1977 and worked a 30-year career in real estate, specializing in manufactured homes located in parks. Her expertise led her to also serve as an advisor to many other realtors who wanted to work in the area. Her customer loyalty was outstanding and she served many of the same clients, their families and friends over the years. Elaine is survived by her husband of 42 years, Don, her sons William Stolz, John Stolz Jr. (Gale), both of Spokane, Robert Stolz (Mary) of Livermore, CA, Michael Stolz of Portland and her sister Mary Cronick (John) of Sacramento. Her extended family includes Bruce Berry (Mary Jo) and Patrick Berry, both of Montana, and Megan Berry Gallup (John) of Minnesota. There are 11 grandchildren. She is preceded in death by sister Lorene Gigler and a son, Joseph Reilly.
