Final Rites For Mrs. Frank Boeck
Funeral services for Mrs. Frank (Oline) Boeck were held January 24 from the Granite Falls Lutheran church. She died January 21 at the Granite Falls hospital.
Mrs. Boeck was born in Sacred Heart on June 28, 1884, the daughter of Tov and Anna Collin. She was married to Frank Boeck on May 30, 1920, south of Sacred Heart.
She is survived by her husband, Frank; two sisters, Mrs. O. P. (Mary) Kronlokken of Sacred Heart, Mrs. Gilbert (Hilda) Lilenthal of Minneapolis; one brother, Henry Collin of Renville, and one half-sister, Mrs. Bernt (lngeborg) Olson.
She was preceded In death by her parents, two brothers and one half-sister.
Mrs. Boeck attended Red Wing Seminary for one year and graduated from Willmar Seminary. She taught parochial school two summers.
She was a member of the Granite Falls Lutheran church, Granite Falls Ladles aid, and the American Legion Auxiliary.
Kenneth Hansen was the vocalist and Mrs. Alvin Sandquist the organist.
Pallbearers were David Hagen, Richard Hagen, Gordon Boeck, Loren Kronlokken, Morris Kronlokken and Charles Kronlokken. The Rev. T. C. Knutson and the Rev. T. H. Collin officiated. Burial was made in the City cemetery with the Hamre service In charge.
Attending the funeral were people from Renville, Maynard, Sacred Heart, Wood Lake, Echo, Minneapolis, Indianapolis, Milwaukee, Belview and Kandiyohi.
