Harold Addam Collins age 54, passed away, December 23, 2016. Addam was a native and life long resident of Jacksonville, FL and he worked as a hair dresser in the San Marco area for 32 years and for the last ten years he worked for Strands of San Marco. Addam enjoyed working in the yard and tending to his plants. He is survived by his mother, Barbara Collins, his two brothers, Keith Collins (Nita) and David Collins and a sister, Teresa Thomas (Chris) and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held, Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at 1:00pm in the chapel of FRASER FUNERAL HOME, 8168 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL with Rev. David Hill officiating followed by interment in Riverside Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 – 8:00pm Tuesday, December 27, 2016.
