She was born on October 22, 1926 to Riley Eugene Collins and Annie Belle Spence and retired after 24 years from the Department of Management Services with the State of Florida.
She was a member of Miccosukee United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother.
Visitation will be at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, November 20, 2013 with the services following at 11:00 AM at Abbey Funeral Home. Interment is at Oakland Cemetery.
