She leaves to cherish her memories her children, Toni McElroy (Thomas) Johnson, Darryl "Mark" (Tammy) McElroy, Nakenya O'Neal (William) Davis, and EV Dumas III; her grandchildren, Larion McElroy, Nikkessa Kidd, Jordan O'Neal, JaVay Kidd, Lauren Davis, and Heath Loper; her great granddaughter, Londyn Reed; her goddaughter, Adrienne Williams; her brothers, Aubrey (Delois) Simmons, Henry (Sandy) Collins of Managua, Managua (Nicaragua), and Booker T. (Shelia) Collins; her sister, Fannie (George) Decosta of Houston, TX,; sister-in-law, Rosie (Willie) Hall; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, all who loved her dearly and will greatly miss her.
Her remains will lie in state on Friday, January 15, 2016 from 1pm until 8pm at Small's Mortuary, Mobile, AL. Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2016 from 9am until the 11am funeral hour at St. Paul AME Church, 1255 Montrose St. Mobile, AL.
