KELLOGG, Idaho, Nov. 17 - Leona C. Myers, 69, died at Wardner hospital yesterday while visiting relatives in the area. She was a resident of California and the body will be sent to Arlington, Calif., for burial.
Survivors include the husband, Robert, at home; eight sons, George Baese, Portland; Walter Baese, Salt Lake City; Albert Baese, Utah; John Myers, Page; Wilbur Myers, Lewiston, Mont.; Walter Myers, Virginia; Gilbert Myers, Missouri, and Leslie Myers, North Carolina;six daughters, Mrs. Harold Tillman, Wallace; Mrs. Ralph Johnson, Kellogg; Mrs. Fred Gable, Kellogg; Mrs. Richard Engstrom and Mrs. Lester Long, Missoula, and Mrs. Warren Steele, Spokane; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
The body is at the McGlade funeral home here pending service arrangements.
VISITING MATRON DIES SUDDENLY
Mrs. Leona C. Myers, 69, passed away at a local hospital last night. Her home is in Arlington, Calif., and she had been visiting here with her son, John Myers, of Page.
Mrs. Myers was born in St. Louis, Mo. She was a member of the Rebekah lodge, Congregational Ladies and Thelia Club in Arlington.
Survivors include her husband, Robert V., at the home; eight sons, George Baese, Portland; Walter Baese, Salt Lake City; Albert Baese, Vernal, Utah; John Myers, Page; Wilbur, Lewiston, Mont.; Gilbert, Missouri; Leslie, Jacksonville, N. C.; Walter, Portsmouth, Va.; six daughters, Mrs. Harold Tillman, Wallace; Mrs. Ralph Johnson, Kellogg, Mrs. Fred Gable, Kellogg; Mrs. Richard Engstrom, Missoula; Mrs. Lester Long, Missoula; Mrs. Warren Steele, Spokane; 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p. m. Saturday from the McGlade chapel in Kellogg. Following the services the body will be shipped to Arlington, Calif, for interment.
