Connie was born in Ft. Lewis, Washington to Roland and Rae Colt, August 28, 1951. Raised in South Salt Lake, UT, she graduated from Granite High School in 1969.
Connie was married to Douglas E. Boulton, August 24, 1978 and had two children, Zachary D. Boulton and Meagan R. Boulton.
She was preceded in death by her son Zachary and survived by her husband, Douglas, her daughter Meagan, parents Roland and Rae, sisters Suzanne and Kathleen and brother John.
