LOWER CAPE FEAR Lorine Coltrane Burchette, 84, died August 24, 2013 in Lower Cape Fear Hospice Care Center. She was born August 28, 1928 in Winston Salem, NC, to Hugh W. Coltrane and Anna Lynn Grubb Coltrane. She worked for many years in the trust department of Wachovia Bank (now Wells Fargo Bank) and in the comptroller's office at Wake Forest University before retiring and moving to Calabash, NC. She was predeceased in death by her parents; her brother Hugh William Coltrane, Jr. and his wife, Joan Cornatzer Coltrane; and her husband of forty years, John Edwin "Eddie" Burchette. She is survived by her daughter, Gail Turner and her husband, Dennis Turner of Calabash; her granddaughter, Jennifer Turner Carrison and her finance, Jonathan Seal; and her great grandson, Ethan Henry Carrison of Little River, SC. Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 27, at the gazebo at Forsyth Memorial Park in Winston Salem by The Rev. Ramon Smith, Pastor of College Park Baptist Church.
