Funeral services will be held Wednesday November 25, 2015 at 12:00pm at Galilee Baptist Church with Pastor Bobby King officiating. A visitation will be held at Dove Funeral Home Tuesday from 5-7pm.
Virginia was born November 28, 1955 to the parentage of Billy L. Brannon and Mable Love.
Virginia received her primary education from San Antonio Schools before moving to Fort Worth. The family then moved to Abilene where she would spend the rest of her life.
While in Fort Worth Virginia was a member of the Church of Christ in Keller TX.
She was a kind hearted woman that loved her family.
In her spare time she loved to watch scary movies, listen to music, she loved the character Betty Boop, and she enjoyed relaxing, and crocheting.
Left to cherish her memories are daugthers Brandie Conner, Sandie Conner (James Stevens), sons Eric Conner (Alexis), and Scott Conner, all of Abilene, 3 sisters Betty Rusmussen of Abilene, Peggy Holson of Albany, Judy Skiles of Potosi, 5 of brothers Alvin Joe of Graham, Bobby Brannon of Gilmer TX, Troy Brannon of Oklahoma, Don Brannon and Billy Brannon both of Graham. 11 grandchildren Arianna Conner, Jay’von Clayton, Daytona Clayton, Qua’von Barrow, Robert Conner, Tyquandrick Conner, Stacey Conner, Shay Sadberry, Jaden Conner, Eric Conner Jr. and Eh’rye Conner.
Virginia was preceded in death by Husband Charles Conner, mother and father and sister Christy Brannon.
