Funeral for Carl H. Cook, 2547 N.E. 46th avenue, will be Monday at 3:30 p.m. at Ross Hollywood chapel. Vault entombment will be at Riverview cemetery. Mr. Cook died Friday at his home. He was 65 and had been a resident of Portland for 60 years.

Educated in Portland schools, he was a salesman for Hills Bros. Coffee for 14 years. He was owner and operator of Cook's Broadway Auto Service for seven years. He also owned the Paul Schatz's Appliance store. For the past six years he had owned and operated the Barbo Machinery company. He sold the company January 1 but continued to be associated with the business.

Survivors include the widow, Elaine B., and four sisters, Mary Heerdt, San Francisco, and Mrs. Hermand Blaesing, Mrs. Stanley Boquist and Mrs. Richard Belland, all of Portland.
