Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1 P.M. at the Holman & Lutz Colonial mortuary, Northeast Fourteenth avenue and Sandy boulevard, for Charles J. Cook, native of Portland, who succumbed March 17 in Los Angeles, where he was engaged as an engineer on a metropolitan project. He had been in poor health for a considerable period.

Mr. Cook was born in this city May 21, 1902, and was a graduate of Chapman school, Lincoln high school and Oregon State college, where he won his engineering degree.

He was the son of the late C. J. Cook and Frances A. Cook. The mother, who lives at 1935 Northeast Clackamas street, and two aunts, Ola M. Cooper, Portland and Mrs. Mabel E. Carr, San Francisco, are immediate survivors. Interment will be in Riverview cemetery.
