Funeral services for Mrs. E. Tommy Cook Sr. of 559 Forest Hill Road will be held today at II a.m. in Memorial Chapel. The Rev. William Powell will officiate. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
Mrs. Cook died Friday night in a local hospital following an extended illness. Pallbearers will be R. L. Hubbard, Guy M. Harrington, Walter Worsham, Max Northington, Ernest Durloo and Reid Griffin.
A native and lifelong resident of Macon, Mrs. Cook was educated in the Bibb County public schools. She was a member of Forest Hills Methodist Church. She was the daughter of the late Herman S. Moll and the late Mrs. Lula Helfrich Moll.
Survivors include one son, E. Tommy Cook Jr. of Macon; two grandchildren, E. Tommy Cook III and Benjamin Cook, both of Macon; one sister, Mrs. Sam Pell Sr. of Macon; two brothers, William Moll of Neptune Beach, Fla. and Fred Moll of Balsam, N.C.
The family will be at 2905 King Afred Drive, the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Tommy Cook Jr.
Memorial Chapel, Funeral Directors is in charge of arrangements.
