Alice Delores Cooney Dies of Typhoid Fever
Alice Delores Cooney, 13 year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles J. Cooney, died Tuesday afternoon at a local hospital of typhoid fever. She had been ill for about three weeks.
Alice was born in Wolf Point Sept. 20, 1925, and had attended grade schools there. The family came here the first of September and she was enrolled in the Junior high school here as an eighth grader. In addition to her parents, she is survived by a brother, David James Cooney, of this city.
