Clifford W. Cooper, aged __ of Huntington, L.I., a former resident of Milford, died at his home on May 31, after a long illness.
He was born November 27, 1883, in the town of Middlefield, the son of William and Flora (Newton) Cooper. He married Margaret Fitzgerald on February 1907. She died June 26, 1914. In October 1930, he married Caterine Doring.
Surviving are his wife; two sons, Kenneth and William Cooper, obth of Milford; one daughter, Miss Irene Cooper of Westville, two step-chldren, Henry Doring of Huntington, L.I., and Mrs. Howard Rubarg of Gen Clove, L.I.; one brother, Avery Cooper of Oneonta, R.D; ____ Grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday in the Tillapaugh Funeral Home in Milford, with the Rev. Philip Pitcher, pastor of the Milford Methodist Church, officiating. Burial was in Milford Cemetery.
