Frank C. Cooper died at his home here Saturday afternoon at 6:30 after an illness of eight months.  Funeral was held at the Tillapaugh Funeral Home Tuesday at 2 p. m.  The Rev. Joseph C. Field, pastor of the Presbyterian church had charge of the service and burial was made in the Milford cemetery.  Mr. Cooper was born September 2, 1869, in Ulster county, N. Y., and was a son of Peter and Harriet (Youngs) Cooper.  He married Miss Bertha Van Buskirk January 19, 1898, in Milford.  His early life was spent in Liberty and New York City, but he had been a resident of Milford for the past forty-three years.  He was a member of the Maccabees.  He is survived by his wife, and by two sons, George F. Cooper of Milford, and F. Herbert Cooper of Harrisburg, Pa.; two grandsons, George F.
