Mr. Brown, a boat dealer and broker, died here Feb. 6 following a brief illness. Born in New York, he had spent most of his life in Portland except for a 10-year residence in California from 1950 to 1960.
He is survived by the widow, Mrs. Jeanne Corbett; three daughters, the Misses Antoinette and Patricia Corbett of San Francisco and Jere Corbett of Portland; and one son, John, of Portland.
