Mrs. Anna King Costello, 77, a resident of San Rafael for 37 years, died this morning at her home on D Street following an illness of less than 3 weeks.
Mrs. Costello was a native of King George, Azores Islands, and was a member of the S.P.R.S.I., a Portuguese society, and also an honorary member of the U.P.P.E.C.
She is survived by her husband, John Costello, and 3 children, Mrs. Mary Freitas, Mrs. Mary Morris, and Manuel M. King, all of San Rafael.
The funeral will be held on Monday at St. Raphael's Church, when a requiem high mass will be celebrated for the repose of her soul.
