Last rites were held Saturday afternoon from the Methodist church for Charles Carson Cram, 58. The Rev. Paul Potter officiated at the service.

Mr. Cram died Thursday noon at their apartment in the Lierman office building after several months of illness.

Music was furnished by Mrs. Paul Potter and Mrs. Eugene Christian who sang a duet. They were accompanied at the organ by Mrs. W.K. Hunter.

Casket bearers were Roy Ferguson, Harlan Flink, Floyd Parkinson, Howard Winans, Karl Staab and Everett Scott.

Floral arrangements was in charge of Mrs. C.E. Lierman, Mrs. John Tarpy and Mrs. C.E. Day.

Burial was in Evergreen cemetery, Lohrville, former home of the deceased. Arrangements were in charge of Farber and Otteman Funeral Home.

Charles Carson Cram was born March 6, 1903 at Lohrville, the son of Claude and Harriet Cram. February 5, 1925 he was married to Margaret Haynes at Lohrville.

They came to Lake View in 1928 and Mr. Cram was employed by Ben Canady in the ice and locker business. In June 1938 he started work as a clerk in the Post Office from which he retired with disability in December 1960. He was a member of the Methodist church, Eastern Star, and was a Past Master of the local Masonic Lodge.

Surviving are his wife; three daughters, Mrs. George Smith, Odebolt; Mrs. Robert Leonard, Polk City; Mrs. LeRoy Frank, Lake View; ten grandchildren; his mother Mrs. C.E. Cram; one brother, Carroll Cram of Corwith and one sister, Josephine (Mrs. Darwin Morris) of Lohrville.

Local Masons and Stars attended the service in a group. Last Masonic rites were given in the church with Clifford Mason of Westside in charge.
