Everly Rites for Mrs. E. Behrens
Funeral for Mrs. Colene Rae Behrens, 37, Everly will be Monday at 1:30 p.m. at the Hope Lutheran Church in Everly. Rev. Russell Schilling will officiate with burial at Lone Tree Cemetery in Everly.
She died Friday morning at the Spencer Municipal Hospital following a lingering illness.
Mrs. Behrens was born January 29, 1931 at Everly to Harley and Gladys Cranston.
She married Ervin Behrens, April 15, 1950 at Milford. Mrs. Behrens has lived all her life in the Everly Community and was a member of the Hope Church.
Survivors include her widower, Ervin; two sons Leo and Paul of Everly; three daughters, Dorothy, Donna and Mary all of Everly; her mother, Mrs. Harley Cranston, Spencer; two brothers, Merlyn, Lakefield, Minnesota; Raymond, Everly and one sister, Cleone, Everly.
Bearers; Norman Nielsen, Donald Nielsen, Verland Meyer, Robert Meyer, Clifford Hartmann and Herman Winterboer.
