NESS CITY - Clifford C. Cranston, 74, died
Friday at the Ness County Hospital, Ness City,
after a short illness.
Born April 22, 1907, in Ness County, he
married Ruth Rollins Aug. 20, 1930, at Kirksville, Mo.
He was a retired machinist and lifetime
resident of the area.
He was a member of the Bazine United
Methodist Church, Bazine; and was a World War II veteran.
Survivors: widow, of the home; brothers,
Ralph, Ness City: Durlley, Hutchinson; sister,
Mrs. Ethel Eynard, Jefferson City, Mo.
Graveside service will be 10 a.m. Monday at
the Ness City Cemetery; the Rev. J.C. Stork.
